Production Opportunities


Extrusion Operator


The primary responsibilities of an Extruder Operator include but are not limited to starting up the extrusion process, efficiently completing product change-overs, insuring that material meets the requirement defined in the specification, preparing for upcoming jobs, and shutting down equipment. You will also be responsible for accurately completing production documentation, verifying product quality, labeling and packaging finished products as well as notifying Production Supervisors and/or Production Leads if product quality does not meet specifications all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment for yourself and your coworkers.  Opportunities for rapid advancement exist for those who are fast learners, have a strong work ethic, and excellent attendance in our fast paced constantly evolving work environment.


What you need to excel at PACUR:

  • A great attitude and a desire to learn

  • Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with a calculator

  • Some mechanical aptitude (read a ruler, turn a screw)

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skill (if you can work a smart phone you will be fine)

Material Handler

The primary responsibilities of Material Handler include but are not limited to moving raw materials and finished product to and from the warehouse to the different manufacturing processes by utilizing powered forklifts.  You will also be responsible for accurately weighing, labeling and recognizing the different materials and then delivering them to the proper location while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment for yourself and your coworkers.  You will also be responsible for preparing some packaging material for use on the extrusion lines in addition to completing the palletizing of our finished products in order to insure it survives the trip to the final customer.  You will also have the opportunity to learn how to load and unload semi-trailers.  Opportunities for rapid advancement exist for those who are fast learners, have a strong work ethic, and excellent attendance in our fast paced constantly evolving work environment.

Quality/Process Engineer

Job Title:  Quality/Process Engineer

Job Description: Looking for a hands-on, self-motivated individual to fill an entry level position in our Quality/Technical Department. Duties include product development, manufacturing process improvement and quality process improvement. Activities include performing/reporting analytical tests, collection, compilation and analysis of samples/data as well as investigation and quantification of continuous process improvement activities. Responsibilities include providing technical service and reporting results of all quality and process improvement activities to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications: Excellent communication and computer skills required. Bachelor degree in science or engineering field is desired. Experience helpful but not necessary.
