Pacur PETG Copolyester Sheet
Pacur PETG is extruded from Copolyester resin. It is an exceptionally clear and tough material making it ideally suited for use as blister package material. it is both FDA and USDA approved for use in medical device, pharmaceutical, and food packaging applications; and it will withstand ethylene oxide, electron beam and game ray sterilization. Other en uses include general purpose blisters, skin packaging, graphic arts, and stationary supplies.
Pacur RPETG Clear Copolyester Sheet
Pacur™ RPETG Clear Sheet is extruded from a mixture of Pacur’s internally-generated Clear PETG recyclable material and regrind (scrap) material obtained from outside sources. Material obtained from the outside sources has wide variations of quality level. This material is meant to be used in “utility” non-FDA applications.
Pacur RPETG Blue Tint Copolyester Sheet
Pacur™ RPETG Blue Tint Sheet is extruded from material that has been generated from various in-house or purchased recyclable scrap. The material is generated from Virgin PETG resin used in the medical market. This material is ideally suited for “utility” non-FDA applications.
Pacur PETG (DTC) Topically Coated
Topically Coated Pacur 6763 - DTC Copolyester is designed for use in cost effective ESD safe packaging and “one way” sipping applications. The sheet is extruded from Eastman Chemical Company’s Eastar 6763 PETG Copolyester resin and dated in-house with the proprietary electrostatic dissipative treatment forming a clear, tough, chlorine/chloride free, ESD safe packaging material. Typical applications include protective packaging clamshells for electronic and telecommunication components and products that are ESD sensitive.
Pacur Lenstar Plus
Eastman Chemical Company and custom sheet extruder Pacur have teamed up to produce LENSTAR, a new polyester resin developed specifically for the lenticular print market. LENSTAR represents a polymer technology that fits a niche requested by lenticular printers. The LENSTAR lenticular sheet is reverse printed with interlaced images using conventional or uv inks or can accept various types of laminations. LENSTAR lenticular is appropriate for use in POP designs, packaging, direct mail, promotional, and various card applications. Pacur also provides a quick ship program of stock half and full size sheets in various LENSTAR products.
Pacur Lenstar Flexo
PACUR, the world’s largest extruder of lenticular lens material has developed a new rolled lenticular stock called LENSTAR® FLEXO. Extruded from Eastman Chemical’s LENSTAR® resin, PACUR now has a solution for the flexographic label market. Opportunities for lenticular within the packaging market will now be more cost-effective than sheet fed lenticular labels.
Pacur Graphx
Eastman Chemical Company and custom sheet extruder PACUR have teamed up to produce GRAPHX, a polyester based sheet developed specically for the print market. GRAPHX ts a niche requested for high end applications that demand eye popping images. GRAPHX offers improved clarity, die cutting, toughness and printability over other plastic substrates. This print ready sheet does not require tipping or masking. GRAPHX can be used in the printed box market, window packaging applications, POP designs, and the promotional market.
