Pacur® PETG FOAM is a co-extruded combination of PETG Copolyester resin with a proprietary foamed PETG core. It offers advantages over traditional materials where low weight and sustainability are larger parts of an application’s fitness for use requirements.
It is a reliable, safe alternative to high impact polystyrene (HIPS) in the opaque rigid medical packaging market. It also shows considerable manufacturing improvements over HIPS in terms of processing, waste reduction, and reduced cleaning; all resulting in lower overall processing costs.

Pacur® PETG is extruded from copolyester resin. It is an exceptionally clear and tough material making it ideally suited for use as a blister packaging material. It is both FDA and USDA approved for use in medical device, pharmaceutical, and food packaging applications; and it will withstand ethylene oxide, electron beam, and gamma ray sterilization. Other end uses include general purpose blisters, skin packaging, graphic arts, and stationary supplies.
Pacur® HT is an amorphous copolyester that combines excellent clarity and toughness with outstanding heat and chemical resistance. This new generation copolyester can be thermoformed with a wide processing window that allows for product designs that reflect intricate detail. The HT product is suitable for use with most forms of sterilization including radiation and ethylene oxide. It is NOT suitable for autoclave/steam sterilization. Pacur HT does not contain Bisphenol A (BPA). It is both FDA and USDA approved for use in medical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging applications.

Pacur® RPETG Sheet is extruded from a mixture of Pacur’s internally-generated Clear PETG recyclable material and regrind (scrap) material obtained from outside sources. Material obtained from the outside sources has wide variations of quality level. This material is intended for use in “utility” non-FDA applications.
Pacur® Medical Polypropylenes are easily processed using standard thermoforming equipment. Its low stress composition, consistent gauge, and anti-static properties achieve high yield processing with fewer rejected parts. Standard sterilization methods include the use of ethylene oxide or gamma radiation. Each product has different physical characteristics, so it is important to select the right resin for your application, making sure that you do not get more or less performance than you need. Topically Coated Pacur® PETG - DTC Copolyester is designed for use in cost effective ESD safe packaging and “one way” shipping applications. The sheet is extruded from PETG copolyester resin and coated in-house with the proprietary electrostatic dissipative treatment forming a clear, tough, chlorine/chloride free, ESD safe packaging material. Typical applications include protective packaging clamshells for electronic and telecommunication components and products that are ESD sensitive.®

Pacur® APET is extruded from polymer resin. It is an exceptionally clear FDA approved material for use in food. In comparison to the copolyesters, it offers a better oxygen permeability barrier for packaging of oxygen-sensitive products. It offers excellent resistance to many chemicals and solvents and it also an electrical insulator.
